Data Delete Command

Data Delete Command

Particularly, it is a problem to completely delete data on computers with a Windows operating system. Deleting data only does not completely eliminate it. That's why we need extra programs or cmd codes. In this article we will see how we delete the data completely with the cmd code.

Need to delete our data cmd command is the cipher command. We can completely remove our data that is easily deleted by the Cipher command. When a delete is deleted, it does not completely disappear. This data remains on the computer. The residual data can be restored. For this we use the cipher command.

First we have to open cmd. We can open cmd by pressing Win + R or by typing run in search bar on our computer. Then we can write cipher / w: c or cipher / w: d to the cmd command line. Be careful! Here w is the name of the disk that you want to delete after c, or c is the one you want to delete. If your disk name is another letter, type it. For example, a, f, e etc.

After you do this, wait. The deletion process will continue in 3 stages. Deletion will be completed after 3 stages. These operations can take a long time. Do not turn off your computer while it is in progress.
